Training
We provide face to face mandatory training for your staff to ensure that they are compliant by working safely whilst remaining productive and effective. The training could be in your premises or at our training location.

Our face to face Mandatory Trainings includes Moving & Manual Handling, Dementia Awareness.

Fire Safety Awareness, Basic Life Support, Health and Safety, Safeguarding Adults, Catheterisation, Infection Control, End of Life Care, Medication Management, Learning Disabilities Awareness, Care Planning, Record Keeping, Mental Capacity Act, COSHH, Communication, Epilepsy Awareness, Equality Diversity & Rights, Level 1 Food Safety, Level 2 Food Safety, First Aid.

Your staff can also benefit from our accredited short health and social care courses (Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care, Level 2 Award in Dementia Awareness, Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to work in Adult Social Care, Level 2 Diploma in Working in Care Services, Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Safe Handling of Medicines)

E-learning
We have suite of e-learning courses designed with the flexibility to help your staff complete their course whenever and wherever they want. Our e-learning courses can be made available to our clients at no additional cost for every member of staff recruited by us.

Work Placements
We have newly trained candidates who are looking to make a head start in the industry.

The placement we seek for is usually between 1-2 weeks. The experience gained during the placement will help to get them into the care industry with confidence even if they are not employed by you after the placement.
Before sending any applicant to you, we will ensure that they are well inducted. However, you can always interview them to find out if they are suitable before taking them for placement.
